THE MESSAGE OF THE GOSPEL - 'REACH OUT AND BREAKTHROUGH'

Matthew 15: 24

Jesus said," I am not sent but unto the lost sheep

of the house of Israel.

Acts 4:12

Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

The Great Commission

Matthew 28:16-20

16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Art for Outreach
Matthew 24: '12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold,13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

Confused

IS THE MESSAGE OF JESUS RELEVANT TODAY?

This is a double sided pamphlet. The message looks at the situation many of us find ourselves in today. It approaches the conversation of Covid 19 and the issues it brings. Confusion and chaos dominate our conversations and government decisions. Can Jesus answer our questions?

LEAFLETS FOR OUTREACH

MATRIXr.jpg

These are samples of leaflets I have designed for you to order and print off for outreach. I have tried to bring a relevant message that reflects the events that so many are experiencing in these days.

Our world is increasingly secular, and the message of the gospel, its language, including that from the people of faith, is strange to many. However, the language and message of the gospel, has never changed, because Messiah Yeshua - Christ Jesus is the same, yesterday, today and for ever. 'He is the word'. It is we who have changed.

The message of hope and salvation has to be preached to a dying and hopeless world, and it is indeed a fact that more and more people feel hopeless when decisions are taken out of their hands and constraints are put upon their freedoms. Sadly, the language of faith, needs to be explained but the actions of faith need to be seen.

How do we explain; what does 'Holy' mean, or what 'salvation' is and why it is needed, or why did Christ Jesus have to die so that a sinner may be saved? The look and presence of the church has morphed so much over the years, that it is hard to see how unbelievers can find a church that represents their understanding of one.

Churches are now in all types of buildings, and many do not even use the word 'Church', in their names, preferring to use the word 'ministry' or 'centre'.

The way we evangelise, especially to the scripturally and religiously ignorant world, has to change.

Why is the Bible relevant to our modern world? Because the people of today are not so very different from our ancestors. We all face and experience the same problems. Nothing has changed.

Styles of evangelising are broad. Many people prefer the one-to-one method, and establish conversations through friendships or by a passing conversation with a stranger.

Some prefer to reach out with others and through programs and others pursue the this great call through a specific gift. However, regardless of the way we choose, we are all, that means every believer in Messiah Yeshua - Jesus Christ, to spread the good news and to disciple others.

Much tribulation is coming upon the world, but despite these tumultuous events the scriptures tell us that the gospel, which is the good news for the return of God's people to Him, will go out to the ends of the earth.

Do not be dismayed at the times and the trials to come. The feet of those who spread the gospel are blessed and their paths are made straight. So be strong.

'Hazak! hazark, v'nit'chazeck'

('Be strong and be strengthened')

These leaflets can be used for both personal and group evangelism.

I hope the words will inspire you to use the messages.

I will be working on designing more messages.

In the meantime, please use them for inspiration or let me know if you want the files to download or print.

Blessings
